It implies that it is more profitable to work on away the hotel as is than to make any improvements despite the mien and adulteration of the physical manner of the building . I am very having a hard time digesting this one . In this role , I would say that the appearance would gain or abide the establishment customers and that the business would eventually go below out-of-pocket to lack of customers if the appearance was unkept and shabby tone . I fully admit , that I would /would not bide in a motel based on the outer appearance . It goes on to say that the possessor could eventually tear it trim down and apportion the lot but it still seems like a run to me .
